About Random Letter Generator

Random Letter draws one letter from A to Z on the big screen for word games, categories games, geography games and name games. Press New Letter for the next one, with an optional short countdown before it reveals.

Turn on no-repeat mode to work through the alphabet without seeing the same letter twice in a round, and check the letter history to settle any argument about what has already come up.

How to play

  1. 1

    Open Random Letter on the TV.

  2. 2

    Press New Letter to reveal a random letter, with an optional countdown first.

  3. 3

    Turn on no-repeat mode so a letter is not repeated until the alphabet resets.

  4. 4

    Check the history strip to see every letter used this round.

  5. 5

    Press Reset Letters to start a fresh round from A to Z.
