Acerca de Word Search Race
Word Search Race transforms the classic word puzzle into two distinct living-room experiences: Classic Word Search on TV, and Multiplayer Word Search Race on phones with a live spectator TV leaderboard.
In Mode 1 (Classic Word Search), play solo, pass the remote in family turns, tackle teams, time attack, or journey through 24 campaign levels with TV remote, keyboard, or phone controller.
In Mode 2 (Multiplayer Word Search Race), 2 to 9 players join via QR code on their own phones. Everyone gets an interactive touch grid to swipe words in real time, while the TV screen displays only the live leaderboard, countdown timer, and competition podium celebration.
Explore over 20 word categories - including Animals, Countries, Food, Sports, General, and more - with customizable timers, speed bonuses, Best-of-3 competition options, and printable worksheets.
Cómo jugar

Choose your game mode (Solo, Family Race, Phone Race, Teams, Time Attack, Campaign, or Custom Words) and grid difficulty.

Use the TV remote arrow keys to move around the letter grid with a high-contrast glowing cursor.

Press OK or Enter on the starting letter of a hidden word, use arrows to extend the selection in a straight line, and press OK again to confirm.

When playing with phones, tap the first letter, drag across the word, and release to claim it instantly on the big screen.
- 5
Find all target words before the match timer expires. The player or team with the highest score wins!
Controles
- Arrow keys — move cursor across the letter grid
- OK / Enter — start word selection / submit completed straight line
- Back / Escape — cancel current selection or pause match
- Phone screen — touch start letter, drag across line, and release to claim

- How does Phone Multiplayer Race work?
- The TV displays a room QR code. Up to 8 players scan the code with their smartphone cameras to join without downloading any app. Everyone searches the grid at the same time on their phones — the first player to find each word claims it and scores the point!
- What is Family Race mode?
- Family Race allows 2 to 4 players to compete using just one TV remote. Players take turns holding the remote for a timed 20-second window to find as many words as possible before passing the remote to the next player.
- Can I create custom word searches for birthdays or classrooms?
- Yes! Select Custom Words mode and type in your own vocabulary words (names, holiday items, spelling lists). The game automatically generates a balanced puzzle on the spot.
- Can I print the word search puzzles?
- Yes. Click the "Print Word Search" button on the setup or pause screen to open a clean black-and-white printable page with an optional second-page answer key.
